Collaboration & Sharing

BPET fosters a culture of sharing best practice and expertise across all schools, where staff can learn from each other as well as from external experts and consultants.

As part of our continuing professional development offer, we create opportunities to share the high quality provision in every BPET school in a meaningful and practical way.

Curriculum showcasing

Really useful to meet people in similar roles talking through different scenarios, share experiences is powerful as you normally don't have time to sit and reflect you just have to go on. It is great to have external input and time to think and reflect on our practice. - Emma Fallon, Deputy Headteacher at The Heights Primary School
