For assistant heads, deputy heads, and SENDCOs.
Programme Summary: Developing skills for thinking and leading strategically at a whole school level, the components that will impact that and drive the success of school priorities and development.
Future Leaders
For phase leaders, and middle leaders.
Programme Summary: A programme to introduce and develop skills for leadership, deepen understanding your changing role and impact you can have as you move into leadership.
These sessions will be led by Sarah Evans, Education Consultant at BPET.
Sarah brings extensive experience in mentoring and coaching school leaders, designing and delivering impactful training, and driving strategic planning for school improvement. She has worked closely with Headteachers, senior leadership teams, and governing bodies to identify development priorities and foster effective governance across a wide range of school settings.
